PHYSICAL FORMATS

TAPES & CDs
Back in the 1990s when the Eraserheads first came about, their music were released on compact discs and cassette tapes. There was also a time when their earlier singles were also pressed on 7" vinyl records that were commonly used as promos and were sent to radio stations and some found their way in jukeboxes until probably like 1995. But to music fans in general, the most common formats to buy (depending on budget) were cassette tapes and compact discs.

Now in this time of online streaming and digital downloads, a lot of new fans are not aware of these so-called 'physical formats'. There are also older fans who never got to own copies of Eheads CDs and tapes. While most of the Eraserheads albums have been officially made available at streaming platforms like Spotify, Apple Music, Deezer, Amazon Music, etc., you only get the music, the audio and lo-res album cover art. That's pretty much it. No lyrics, no songwriting credits, no production credits, band thank you's, liner notes, etc., and the lack of such information usually leads to misinformation.

This is where I come in, hehe. The following are lo-res scans of Eraserheads albums on CDs and/or cassette tapes, uploaded for your informational and visual needs, hehe. These are mostly from my personal collection, so don't mind stuff that you might see (autographs, my handwriting and sticker labels). Some of the images have been sourced off the internet like from Discogs.
